Mainstream schools in India focus on rote-based learning which gives emphasis to reading and writing. This will not work for students who have learning difficulties or have a different way of learning. 3R works by identifying your child’s learning style, honing their latent skills.

Vilasini Diwakar has been working in the field of remedial education for children with Specific Learning Difficultiesfor the past 20 years. Her repertoire of skills include remediating Primary students using multi-sensory methods based on Orton Gillingham approach & tutoring senior secondary students for the NIOS exams. She is a post graduate in English Literature and is specialized in Counselling, Psychotherapy & spelling segment. She has been associated with Madras Dyslexia Association MDA since 1997. She started off as a special educator for Primary students, before becoming the coordinator of MDA in 2005. She has been a counsellor for the students and the parents involved in Ananya – a full time Remediation-centre & a prestigious project of MDA. She took on the challenge of starting remediation resource rooms in mainstream schools in 2014. She has set up 40 centres in and around Chennai, Tamil Nadu. She was one of the prominent trainers of various Teacher Training Programs conducted by MDA. She is currently the academic director of Blink.
Mrs Radha Bhaskar has more than 10 years of experience in the field of remedial education with specializations in the field of science and Computer Application. She is an alumnus of Ethiraj College for Women and is a University rank holder in the field of Science. She currently works with Blink Research and Services and handles subjects such as Social Science, Data Entry and Mass Communication.
Mrs Meenatchi has more than 16 years experience in the field of special education with specialization in Tamil language. She currently works with Blink Research and Services as a special educator handling Tamil subject.
Ms Priya V has more than twelve years of experience in the field of remedial education with specialization in the field of science and maths. She holds bachelor degree in the field of science and special education in SLD and is currently pursuing special education in intellectual disabilities. She has trained many senior level students to enhance their skills. She presently works with Blink Research and Services and handles subjects such as English and maths.
Ms Shradha Mohit has a five years of experience as a educational therapist. She is certified in specific learning disability and also holds post graduate diploma for multiple disabilities. Her main area of interest is to deal with children having special needs. She has wide range of knowledge regarding assessments and also planning individual lesson plan for children. She is currently working with Blink Research and Services.
Mr Subramanian has more than 24 years of experience as a yoga therapist. He is also well trained in martial arts like tai chi and karate, holding IV degree black belt. His repertoire of skills are used to create a holistic approach to help students by identifying their needs and giving yogic and tai chi exercises to enhance them. He has worked in many prestigious places like Madras club. Presently working as a yoga therapist in Alpha to Omega school and few other places. He has also conducted stress management classes for MNC’s and other organizations.

At the 3R learning centre, we provide a platform for children with Specific Learning Disabilities. Our teaching programs focus on forming new neural connections in the brain by involving all the senses (Visual, Auditory, Kinaesthetic and Tactile), thereby enabling learning and enhancing performance.

A Multi-Sensorial learning approach is the need of the hour for children with Specific Learning Difficulties. Teaching programs are systemised and take into account the natural learning curve of the child. Our teachers patiently guide the student based on her/his comfort level. Three types of services are offered through 3R
We offer professional assessments for students who have learning difficulties or who performinadequately at school. Technical assessments are done by certified professionals who conduct an array of tests to understand your child’s problems. A detailed account is obtained from parents to get a thorough perspective.
Assessments are conducted to understand where the child’s strength areas lie and to understand the reasons for poor performance.
3R offers part time, remedial education to school children during after school hours. This is particularly useful for children who have mild to moderate difficulties who need additional help. Multi-Sensorial Remedial education has been found to be very useful in addressing the learning difficulties of the child.
Children can attend remedial sessions for one or two hours after school. Ultimately, children will be equipped with the skills needed to match the academic requirements in their respective schools.
We offer full time remedial education for students who drop out of schools or pursuing their 10th/12th board exams under the Government of India’s National Institute of Open Schooling Scheme (NIOS).
Just like a regular school, all subjects prescribed as part of the NiOS curriculum are offered. There are flexible options for children to choose the subjects of their choice.
Our teachers come with over 15 years of experience and interact with each child individually. Personalised education plans which focuses on building the skills of Reading, Comprehension, Listening, Spelling, Writing are developed depending on the Child’s speed, skills and interest.
In addition, out of curriculum subjects like Yoga, Meditation, Art Based Therapy, Drama etc provide holistic education, making them ready and confident for the future
