Vilasini Diwakar has been working in the field of remedial education for children with Specific Learning Difficulties for the past 20 years.

Her repertoire of skills include remediating Primary students using multi-sensory methods based on Orton Gillingham approach & tutoring senior secondary students for the NIOS exams. She is a post graduate in English Literature and is nspecialized in Counselling, Psychotherapy & spelling segment. She has been associated with Madras Dyslexia Association MDA since 1997. She started off as a special educator for Primary students, before becoming the coordinator of MDA in 2005. She has been a counsellor for the students and the parents involved in Ananya – a full time Remediation-centre & a prestigious project of MDA. She took on the challenge of starting remediation resource rooms in mainstream schools in 2014. She has set up 40 centres in and around Chennai, Tamil Nadu. She was one of the prominent trainers of various Teacher Training Programs conducted by MDA. She is currently the academic director of Blink.

I understood that communication is a skill that needs to be learned while pursuing my UG in commerce and even when I was pursuing my MBA. But it was during my time at TCS, I realized the importance of communication and found my passion in Human Resource Management wherein I can be a bridge between the employees and Management. Working with an organization that teaches children that communication is a key essence, What more can I ask?

Hello! I am an artist cum psychologist, who believes the correct charm can bring out the magic in every child. I’m a post graduate under HRD Psychology, YES! you read that right, HRD Psychology, even after pursuing my course for 2 years I realized HR isn’t my thing, So here I am, Focusing fully on counseling aspects that too in child psychology. Started with small projects as a rotaractor, teaching kids in slum areas and now I’ve been working at Blink as an Assistant Enabler in Church Park School. I’m a self-taught artist, have good understanding of painting and drawing techniques. I also believe that as a teacher we should keep ourselves upgraded and open to changes always. With regards to that I’m also pursuing a Bachelors in special education which is an RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India) certified course to help me to spread my magic to each and every child.

Hi. My name is Lallu Prasad. I believe that the use of animation in special education has gained great attention recently. Although an engineer by profession, I am today a graphics designer and animator by choice. I would love to hone my innate abilities as a designer to make life a tad positive for those who learn differently. My dream is to create a colorful and bright world for little learners everywhere. So proud to be a part of this exciting venture called 3R.

With a basic degree in Psychology and having completed my training in SLD, CBT and counseling, I thought I had it all figured out. But the children at 3R taught me that life gives you so many opportunities to learn and live.  Children with SLD will surprise you in many marvelous ways; their creativity and ingenuity know no bounds. In fact, I learn more than I teach here. I can’t think of a better place than 3R to hone my skills.

I am a counselor by profession and completed my Bachelor’s education in Psychology a year ago. Working in an environment with children was a long cherished dream. This desire became true, thanks to 3R. No day is the same in this organization. The culture here is one of constant innovation. What I love about this place is the emphasis on holistic learning. In addition to teaching young children with learning difficulties, we also delve into art, music, dance, drama; all the while ensuring that children learn on the go. The atmosphere here is vibrant and exciting. The students love it too!!
